It's been a month??

Welcome to my first blog!

So today I woke up and came to my 8:30 am class and during class decided I needed a new challenge. I was told many times before I came to Belize to start a travel blog, but never thought that I would get around to it. After reading one of my fellow traveler's blog, I thought that it was time for me to start a blog too. Although mine will not be about shoes, but more of a social commentary on my experiences here and anything else that I want.

The fact that it is not even 10 am yet and I have started this makes me feel quite accomplished too. I don't think I've ever accomplished as much as I have an 8:30 am class at MSU as I have in my 8:30 am class here at Galen University in Belize!

So that's it for now, just a hello from Belize and a new beginning. I need to get back to some school work....

P.S. For those of you wondering what the blog's name means...a kismet is fate or destiny. I thought that it is quite fitting to go along with my name, Kaitlin!
