Kaitlin's Kismet: "But, February made me shiver"

The title of this post comes from lyrics of the famous American Pie song and couldn't be more perfect. Reason being that I absolutely dislike the entire month of February. Now, I could go into a long list of reason as to why I hate February so much. It would probably begin with Valentine's Day and end with too much snow (thanks again Snowpocalypse of 2011)! But I'm not going to sit here and complain yet again, haha small victories everyday!

I don't really have much to report or really feel like sharing at this given point my friends. I am in training again for a 5K in March, working on getting the time under 30 mins! The job hunt...well we'll see about the job hunt (fingers crossed). Made my Valentine's today, which I truly do enjoy doing regardless of my ill feelings towards February! My next post will be a follow up on the books I've read. I've recently bought some spring clothing (wishful thinking)! I'm way too obsessed with piperlime.com! I am also really excited to look for a dress to wear to a wedding in May, please comment with any suggestions and remember that I'm 5'10, so nothing too short :)

In closing, my friends know how much Belize means to me. I know I talk about it too much and it may bug people but I just know that I was truly the happiest that I have ever been in my life when I lived in Belize. Certain people and things will always be able to make people happy. But to me, it was a place and a culture that allowed me to realize a lot of things about myself and I made a lot of inner changes during that point of my life. I am truly blessed to have been given that opportunity to find more of myself and I know that there will be many more instances such as this that will help me become a better person in the future.
